Highly competent on Final Cut Pro & Avid as well as a variety of other programs useful to post-production. Has worked for a variety of broadcast television programmes and a feature film. Looking for work, clients & collaborations to widen my portfolio & experience & to give me a creative, editing outlet which I highly desire.
I started my video production journey in 2005, making short films for college and university projects, with FCP and Adobe Première, and working for clients in between my studies. After university, I developed my skills in editing on FCP and started working on corporate videos for a variety of clients. From this, I moved onto broadcast editing and Avid, and have worked on a variety of television programmes and a feature film – But still working on my own small projects in between.
From working in Broadcast TV, I had to learn Avid whist working on Avid. After working on Avid for 2 years and knowing it pretty well, I decided I needed to know more about Avid Effects to better my job performance. I completed an Avid Effect Essentials course in London 2013, in the hope this makes me a better and more appealing Avid editor/assistant.
I have a particular love for murder mystery books and TV shows, horror films and cultural documentaries and normally blog about things I have watched, things I have achieved or things that interested me on my journey to become a well known offline editor. I also like to dabble in photography from time to time. (See Photography page)
